These terms apply to trial classes, course enrolment and use of the Codeinfinity4kids website and parent portal. By booking or enrolling, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the student.
1. Trial classes
Free trial classes are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when we confirm it to you. There is no obligation to enrol after a trial class.
2. Enrolment and fees
- Course fees are shown on our courses page and may change with notice.
- Fees are payable monthly in advance. Payment is recorded only once we have received and verified it.
- Promotions and referral offers apply only under their published conditions and expiry dates.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

4. Online class conduct
- Students should be kind and respectful to teachers and classmates.
- Class sessions must not be recorded or shared without our written permission.
- Parents are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and supervision at home.
5. Student work
Students own the projects they create. We may show student work in class. We will only share it publicly with the parent's separate permission.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our classes. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for issues caused by equipment or internet services outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
